Young-at-heart, healthy mostly-retired woman. I have a background in teaching, consulting workplaces, and coaching leaders. Now, I dedicate time to volunteer activities such as teaching new Canadians how to speak English. I love all seasons - cross-country skiing in winter, walking in the spring and fall, the beach and water sports in the summer.
